Stroke Clinics

April/May Practices

Team practice begins MAY 4, 2009. Age group times may be adjusted depending on the final number of swimmers in each group. Practice is held the week of Monday May 4th - Friday, May 8th at the following times:

Age Group	Time
Tryouts Only	3:30 - 4:30 PM
10 and under	4:35 - 5:25 PM
11 and up	5:30 - 6:30 PM

Practice will continue Monday, May 11th through Thursday, June 4th at the following times:

Age Group	Time
8 and under	4:00 - 4:45 PM
9 & 10	4:45 - 5:30 PM
11 and up	5:30 - 6:30 PM

Summer Practices

Summer practice begins the morning of Friday, June 5^th, as shown on the schedule below. Age group times may be adjusted depending on the final number of swimmers in each group.

Practice is held Tuesday - Friday at the following times:

Age Group	Time
9 & 10	7:00 - 8:00 am
*11 and up	8:00 - 9:00 am
8 and under	9:00 - 9:45 am

(Saturday practice will be scheduled as needed.)

*Dry land workout may be part of the practice. Please follow your coach’s instructions regarding clothing/shoes needed.
